Mr A Charles
Assistant Headteacher & Head of Sixth Form
Mr Charles is responsible for the strategic development, and operational running of all aspects of the Sixth Form. He leads the Sixth Form curriculum and ensures that the delivery of all Sixth Form courses allow students to make rapid progress. He leads the Sixth Form Leadership team, with the aim of having a Sixth Form pastoral provision, which makes students feel safe, cared for, and supported. He is directly responsible for the safeguarding of all Sixth Form students.
Miss H Tasnim
Personal Development & Progress Leader
Miss Tasnim is responsible for designing and overseeing the Personal Development curriculum in the Sixth Form to include PD lessons, tutor time, assemblies, enrichment, UCAS and careers education. She manages the Sixth Form tutors, and Learning Mentor, and supports them to ensure that students are well prepared for life beyond Sixth Form. She also works with students who need further support in order to achieve their target grades.
Mrs A Motiwala
Mrs Motiwala leads on various aspects of Sixth Form life to include; Attendance, Punctuality, Detentions, Bursary, and Work Experience. She is the first port of call, for most queries from students and parents, and will assist with resolving any problems. Mrs Motiwala supports Mr Patel in the day-to-day running of the Sixth Form to include managing Cover, Admissions, Timetabling, Sixth Form events, and the Charity Team.
Miss g carver
Miss Carver delivers Personal Development lessons to all Sixth Form students and Extra Study sessions to all A-Level and GCSE resit students. These lessons aim to prepare students for life beyond Sixth Form, and support in developing independent study skills. She manages the completion of the interleaving programme, and students on success plans. She also provides tailored support to students on university and job applications, careers, and wellbeing.
