GCSE & A Level results

In 2023, Harrow High was delighted to announce another very strong set of examination results. Despite grade boundaries increasing across the country, our results improved with 55% of learners achieving 9-4 in English and Maths with 40% achieving 9-5 in both. These strong outcomes are seen across all our subjects and reflect the hard work, dedication and effort of all our learners and staff. Our most able learners excelled themselves with 17% achieving 9-7 in English and Maths.

In 2022, Harrow High School Year 13 learners achieved the school’s best ever A level results, with a record-breaking 37% grades awarded at A*. Learners in Year 13 achieved an incredible 64% of A level grades at A*-A, 81% at A*-B, and 92% at A*-C, with a 100% pass rate.

These results will allow students to progress to various universities of their choice such as Cambridge, LSE, Kings, Warwick, and Queen Mary. BTEC Level 3 outcomes are similarly strong with 81% of grades awarded Distinction*-Distinction, with a 100% pass rate.

Mr Paul Gamble (Headteacher) said: "We are ecstatic for our learners and are so proud of their fantastic achievements. These results reflect just how hard learners and staff have worked despite all the challenges of the pandemic, they have thrived."
