Excellent A-Level & BTEC Results

Harrow High School is buzzing with excitement as we celebrate the fantastic achievements of our Year 13 students on A-Level & BTEC Results Day 2026. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, and we are incredibly proud of these impressive results that will launch them into their future endeavours with confidence.

Our students have excelled, with 62% of A-Level grades at A*-B and an amazing 90% at A*-C. These outcomes place our school in the top 10% of schools nationally. The success is just as impressive for our BTEC students, with 90% of their grades at Distinction* or Distinction placing us in the top 1% of schools in the country for BTEC progress.

Mr Paul Gamble, Headteacher, shared his delight, "Yet again, we are delighted with the results achieved by our fantastic Sixth Form students. This reflects their commitment and determination alongside the energy and skill of our dedicated teaching and support staff. The exceptional standard of teaching and learning in our Sixth Form and across the school is something of which we can all be proud. We're also thrilled with the performance of our Year 12 AS students, with 74% of grades at A*-C, which points to another strong set of results for next year's cohort. A massive thank you to everyone involved.”

Mr Constantin Preda, Head of Sixth Form, added, “I am very proud of this exceptional group of young people. Their diligence, determination and intellectual curiosity have been remarkable, and these outstanding results are a fitting testament to their efforts. Outcomes such as these place our Sixth Form among the top 10% nationally (a tremendous accomplishment), reflecting both the calibre of our students and the excellence of our teaching and support. I think that our small Sixth Form is a particular strength, enabling us to know every student exceptionally well and provide the individual guidance, challenge and encouragement they need to flourish. I am also delighted to see our students progressing to excellent universities and ambitious destinations across the country, and I could not be prouder of what they have achieved.”

• Mohamed A achieved A*AA in Maths, Economics and Physics

• Hamas U achieved AAA in Economics, Mathematics and Business

• Julian D achieved AAB in English Literature, History and Business

• Zahra N achieved A*AB in English Literature, History and Sociology

• Harunika K achieved D*D*D* in BTEC Applied Science whilst seven other students achieved D*D*D across both BTEC Science and Business
